What is the minimum order quantity?
There is a minimum order on 250g bags (2 bags) and brew-in-cup coffee bags (3 boxes). The minimum order quantity for capsules is 50. Each tube contains 10 x capsules of one product. Orders can either be made up of 50 x 1 capsule variety (e.g. 50 x ‘05 capsules) or mixed selection of capsule boxes (e.g. 30 x House & 20 x ’Decaf). Order must be placed in multiples of 50 capsules (5 tubes). Please see our delivery policy for more details.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is free for orders over £20 but please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of your order. Delivery charges for orders under £20 are £3 for our standard delivery.
Who do you use for delivery?
We use DPD for all standard deliveries.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally (for individuals) as standard at the moment. Should you want capsules shipped to an international address please call the Mozzo HQ on 02380 700 007 (Mon-Fri 8.30-5.30) or email orders@mozzocoffee.com.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
No you do not provided you have specified a preferred place (e.g. porch, shed etc) for your order to be left should you not be in. Please leave these instructions in the designated text box when you order your coffee. Alternatively, why not send your coffee to another (e.g. work) address.

Are Mozzo Coffee capsules recyclable?
Yes. Mozzo Coffee Capsules are made from 100% aluminium and therefore are fully recyclable. Visit our recycling page for more info and instructions on the Magic Mozzo Coffee Capsules Recycling Scheme.
Why don’t you use compostable capsules?
We would be interested to but the technology is not quite there yet (we are continually researching and staying up to date with developments). Whilst the cases might be compostable unfortunately the materials used do not provide sufficient enough oxygen barrier and the quality of the coffee inside deteriorates rapidly. Using recyclable aluminium is the best way we can guarantee a fresh, high quality coffee experience every time.
Where is your coffee sourced from?
We source our coffee from the 4 major coffee growing continents of the world including South America, Central America, Asia and Africa. We care about providing consistent tasting profiles and therefore ensure we harvest and source our beans when they’re at their prime seasonally.
Is the process you use to decaffeinate natural?
Yes, we use the Swiss WaterⓇ Process method of decaffeinating the coffee found in our ‘06 capsule. This method uses only water, temperature and time to remove the caffeine from the coffee, no chemicals are used at any point in this decaffeination process. After this natural procedure the coffee is 99.9% caffeine free.
