Why Arabica Organic Fairtrade?:

Why Fairtrade?Arabica

The coffee produced from Arabica plants are grown at altitudes of over 1000m. They are slower growing than the Robusta coffee plant and because of this the characteristics of the cherry will develop over a longer period of time giving it many many more complex flavours (due to double the amount of chromosomes than a Robusta plant!)

It’s no surprise that every single Mozzo bean comes from the oh so superior Arabica plant.

Organic

Arabica Coffee CherryWe don’t want to sound like every other organic preacher out there but the simple fact of the matter is that we want Mozzo coffee to be bursting with flavour and to have avoided the process of being sprayed with nasty chemicals.

We passionately believe in working within our environment so the magic in our beans comes from the natural energy that nature gives us.

Fairtrade

We know that your coffee won’t taste any better with a Fairtrade label but we also know that building a business for the 21st Century isn’t just about personal gain and success. It’s about passion, responsibility, and integrity.

So maybe your coffee will taste better if it’s grown with Fairtrade standards – better because each bean has been grown with knowledge, patience, precision and our support for the farmers that grow them.
