Hit the New Year running… at full speed!

Would you expect any less? The guys and gal at Mozzo World are back with a bang after a pretty nice rest over Christmas. Grant got in a good session of skiing and came back with some tasty grappa while the rest of us enjoyed some family time, parties, food and more food!

We are looking forward to another exciting year and expect to be enjoying it along the way with all of you so without further ado…Happy New Year to you all!

Oh Balderdash!

This year Mozzo has launched it’s new Art on the Brand™ series. An awesome chance for more artists to gain even more exposure for what they do. Not only will our artists have their work featured on all of our Mozzo Coffee bags as usual, but we’ve set ourselves a challenge to get it on as many things as we can along the way! The first being our new branded Mozzo Coffee boxes soon to be seen on a shelf near you.

Our first artist to join the series is Tristan AKA Gustav Balderdash. This is what he has to say…

I have had the need to draw ever since I was much smaller than I am today. Thankfully I was always encouraged to do so.

Upwards I grew and found myself in Southampton, surrounded by a group of creatively minded people. Competing with them drove me to evolve, exploring many new creative avenues.

I spent some time in New York, at a post-production studio which opened my eyes to other areas and mediums of the creative industry that I now really enjoy using, such as motion graphics. I am currently working freelance, actively seeking new challenges for myself.

Monkey Business

All we can say about Lemon Monkey is their pure passion for fantastic produce is unmistakable as soon as you walk through the door. Like with all our partners, Lemon Monkey is showing the way for raising the standards.

Located along Stoke Newington High Street you’ll find a place oozing with delicious ingredients for you to take home, generous portions of freshly prepared food and it goes without saying- a fantastic Mozzo Coffee!

The perfect place for a true foodie to enjoy a piece of pleasure.

Junkyard Action

This rocks! It could quite possibly be on the top ten list of best websites ever found. So we’re not meant to be spending our money on bits ‘n’ bobs right now and we’re all desperate to get a few more endorphins rushing around our bodies? Then how about trying out Junkyard Sports and looking on their Blog for some cool ideas. My favourite so far is Roof Ball and Limp Stick. Awesome! Well it’s what they all say in the US of A isn’t it?

Get your ears (wide) around this

We know that in January you’re going to need some wicked tunes to get you through to some brighter weather! So introducing The Wide Eyes

These guys started out on the open mic scene and quickly progressed to gigs at The Wedgewood Rooms in Portsmouth and The 12 Bar Club in London.

To sum up their style in a sentence you could say their music takes you on a rollercoaster journey of life- chilled out acoustics with some proper depth.

Check out The Wide Eyes for info on upcoming gigs and to sample a few tunes.
